Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your MILLA + LOTTI purchase and understand the challenges associated with purchasing online.

We will happily exchange or refund your items within 14 days subject to the following conditions;

• returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your item/s.
• garments must be returned unwashed, unworn and in the original condition you received them in with the original labels and tags attached.
• The returns note received with your order must be completed and accompany the returning item/s.
• Ship your product to MILLA + LOTTI Returns PO Box 539 Dee Why NSW AU 2099.

*Please note the following: -
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds for swimwear and jewellery purchases.
Products on SALE are not refundable nor exchangeable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and all returns/exchanges are at the customers expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items as we cannot guarantee we will receive your goods.

Please pack the item/s to be returned securely with original packaging and/or with proper packaging materials. Merchandise improperly packed and damaged in transit will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

We will send you an email to notify you that your item has been received, once inspected we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If approved the refund/exchange will be processed. Refunds will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 working days for this process to be completed.
