How does your sizing work?

We start at a girl’s size 8 to 14, which corresponds with age. We know that we all come in different shapes and sizes. That’s why, at MILLA + LOTTI we created a size XS and S, for our young ladies fitting into women’s sizing. Check our size chart and use the measurements as a guide.

 

Where is your product manufactured?

We source our fabrics and manufacture our garments in a small factory in Indonesia. Our founder and designer often visits the factory to check on production and ensure that the correct working conditions are adhered to.

 

How do I care for my garment?

It is recommended you follow the care label instructions attached to your garment. If you have any queries contact us at info@millaandlotti.com.au

 

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! Wholesale is available. For details on becoming a valued MILLA + LOTTI stockist fill out the Wholesale Enquiry Form and we’ll be in touch.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can choose to have your order delivered either Standard or Express shipping. It will depend on where you are. We advise to allow 6-8 business days for Standard and 2-3 days for Express. Once your order is shipped an AusPost tracking number will be emailed to you so you can keep an eye on it!

 

Do you have brand reps/ambassadors?

Absolutely! We often run brand rep searches through our instagram account – so make sure you’re following us to know when to apply.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping is available to New Zealand and the USA. We use Standard International Post with Australia Post. Allow at least 5 business days from despatch for your order to arrive. We'll send you a tracking number so you know its on its way. If you are outside of these countries please email us info@millaandlotti.com.au & we'll see what we can do.

 

What is your return policy?

Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days from receipt of order with garments in original condition (not washed or worn) and tags intact. For details on our return policy please refer to the link at the bottom of our website. Please note that SALE items cannot be returned and due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on swimwear or jewellery.
